Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To help us prepare and maintain the highest standards, we ask that any cancellations be made in advance.

- Orders cancelled the same day or after 4:00 PM on the prior business day will incur a 100% charge.
- Orders cancelled before this window may be eligible for adjustments or credits, depending on timing and preparation status.
- Larger or custom orders may be subject to specific payment and cancellation terms. One of our catering professionals will review these details with you prior to confirmation.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage items once they have been prepared or delivered.

Refunds & Order Issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

- Please notify us immediately upon delivery or pickup if there are any concerns with your order.
- Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.
- Requests made after the day of service may limit our ability to provide a resolution.
